On Thursday, October 30th, Dr. Gary Freed was honored with the Distinguished Faculty Achievement Award. This award honors senior faculty who have consistently demonstrated outstanding achievements in scholarly research or creative endeavors, teaching and mentoring of students and junior colleagues, service and other activities.
Dr. Freed has built a career dedicated to improving children’s health and has had an impact on child health policy and health delivery at the state, national and international levels.
