CHEAR leaves mark at 97th PAS Meeting
Once again, CHEAR was well represented at the annual Pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) Meeting April 24-27 in Boston.
In addition to hosting two of the main events at 97th PAS Meeting -- the Child Health Services and Outcomes Research (CHSOR) Network Business Luncheon, and the Health Services Research Investigators and Trainees Reception -- CHEAR faculty and staff made 13 presentations and moderated two discussions.
“CHEAR plays a crucial role in the health services research programming at PAS. Not only do our faculty moderate sessions, present their research, and participate in panels, but our excellent administrative team handles the logistics of the health services research reception and CHSOR Network Business Luncheon,” said Kao-Ping Chua, the director of the CHEAR Center.
PAS connects thousands of leading pediatric researchers, clinicians, and medical educators worldwide united by a common mission: Connecting the global academic pediatric community to advance scientific discovery and promote innovation in child and adolescent health. This international gathering offers opportunities for a global audience to share research, explore new ideas, build career opportunities, and collaborate on future projects.
