Staff Spotlight: Sarah Clark and Team

Sarah Clark and her team have won the 2020 CHEAR Community Award for continuing to dedicate themselves to improving the lives and health of the people of the State of Michigan. Throughout this unprecedented time of pandemic, Sarah and her team have continued to maintain a busy call center operations in support of the Healthy Michigan Plan in addition to multiple other projects. Throughout the pandemic when everyone has been able to work from the safety of their homes Sarah and her team have continued to show up on site, by necessity, and commit themselves to the research mission of CHEAR.

Sarah Clark Research Scientist Sarah J. Clark, MPH, is a Research Scientist in the Department of Pediatrics. She also serves as Co-Director of the C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital National Poll on Children’s Health. Ms. Clark joined the faculty at the University of Michigan in 1998. Her current work focuses on immunization policies at the state and federal level; physician knowledge, attitudes, and practices related to child health; parental perspectives on child health; and evaluation of Medicaid policy and programs. |
