A simplified endoscopic muscosal assessment for Crohn’s Disease (SEMA-CD)
Jeremy Adler led an effort with CHEAR colleagues Sally Eder and Acham Gebremariam, along with collaborating faculty George Zacur and others to develop a simplified endoscopic muscosal assessment for Crohn’s disease (SEMA-CD). This is an improved endoscopic score for Crohn’s and is easier than the current standard (SES-CD). The new SEMA-CD score is also the first endoscopic score tested in pediatric populations.
